Add TNT types

+  * It's normal TNT, but stronger.
+* Homing TNT
+  * flies towards the closest mob. If the target is > 15 blocks away the TNT will search for a new target.
+* Cluster TNT
+  * when ignited, multiple small (0.5×0.5 blocks) TNTs are spawned and distributed around their origin. Each is as powerful as normal TNT.
